According to reports, a man was shot and injured outside the Spirit Halloween located at 415 Fletcher Pkwy, El Cajon, CA. The victim identified only as a male reportedly fled into the mall to sought for help after he was shot by an unidentified suspect in the mall area. A heavy police presence is now at the mall area where the shooting incident happened.
According to reports, law enforcement agencies in El Cajon, CA were called to the scene after a shooting victim fled inside the populated mall. The victim fled inside after he was shot outside the mall, the corner of Spirit Halloween. Police Department, Fire Department, and Emergency units responded to the scene of the incident. The male was treated at the scene until EMS arrived.
The suspect’s identity was not immediately released by the law enforcement agencies. Everyone has been urged to avoid the mall area at this time. El Cajon Police Department did not identify this incident as an active shooter incident. A heavy police presence is at the mall area.
