Oxford Michigan Shooting – The class of 2022 at Oxford High School has been affected by the tragedy, and a member of that class will perform on national television on Tuesday night. At 18 years old, Ava Swieczkowski goes by the stage name Ava Swiss and is set to compete in this week’s audition phase of the reality competition show, which airs on NBC at 8 pm. When a fellow student opened fire in a hallway, killing four students and injuring seven others, Swiss and her younger brother were in attendance at Oxford High School on November 30th.
Swiss sung “Rise” by R&B musician Andra Day at a candlelight vigil for the victims a few days after the incident. In February, she sang the national anthem at a Detroit Pistons game as a Metamora resident. Members of Oxford High’s varsity basketball teams joined her on the court at Little Caesars Arena. This week’s “America’s Got Talent” auditions will be the show’s 17th season’s next-to-last. The judges will begin their deliberations on who will proceed to the qualifying stages next week. Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, and Howie Mandel are this season’s judges.

History Of Oxford Michigan School Shooting
In the Detroit exurb of Oxford Township, Michigan, United States, a mass shooting happened on November 30, 2021, at Oxford High School. Seven individuals were hurt, including a teacher, in the attack that claimed the lives of four kids. In addition to charges of murder and terrorism, authorities detained and charged 15-year-old sophomore Ethan Crumbley as an adult. As a result of their failure to secure the firearm used in the shooting, Jennifer and James Crumbley, Crumbley’s parents, were charged with involuntary manslaughter on December 3.
A manhunt by the U.S. Marshals was launched after they failed to appear for their arraignment, and the parents were arrested in Detroit on December 4 after being apprehended. Beginning on December 9, a number of lawsuits were filed against Oxford Community Schools, claiming that school administrators failed to notice Crumbley’s warning indications prior to the shooting.
Where Was Oxford Michigan School Shooting?
Evidence suggests that Ethan Crumbley entered a bathroom with his backpack and then exited the room moments later with a semiautomatic weapon in his possession, according to surveillance footage. As soon as Crumbley was taken into custody, prosecutors and school officials said he began firing at students in the hallway during passing time, when hundreds of students were moving between classes. Before he could get to another bathroom, he shot into classrooms and at pupils who were unable to run “methodically and intentionally.” Crumbley was apparently unable to enter any of the classrooms because of the swift response of students and staff to the gunshots.
When Was Oxford Michigan School Shooting
Teachers began closing and barricading doors and windows, assuring kids that it was not a drill, according to students who claim they heard a voice on the intercom. Gunshots were heard by others who hurriedly locked the door after hearing some loud banging noises before understanding they were gunshots. The sound of a gun going off outside one student’s restroom cubicle has been reported. On entering the bathroom once the school had been secured, he saw several bodies laying in wait.
