On behalf of her sons, John and Anthony Asciutto II, the mother of student John Asciutto is suing Oxford High School employees and administration. Vackaro’s father, John, is also suing on behalf of his son, Marco.
Both John Asciutto and Marco Vackaro were killed in the high school shooting. According to the kids’ version of the events, Ethan Crumbley, the suspected gunman, shot a student in the restroom before shooting several female pupils in the corridor.
