One person has reportedly died in a fatal crash that has horrified the residents of Interstate 10 in West Phoenix, and the Arizona Department of Public Safety, are actively investigating the case to find out the cause of such fatality.
DPS troopers were dispatched to the area of I-10 and 75th Avenue about 9 a.m., on Wednesday in response to the reports of a crash involving two vehicles in the westbound lanes.
