Obituary – Ramona Faye Smith Dies At Age 52
Ramona Faye Smith, 52, passed away on Tuesday, April 19th, 2022, in her home. Ramona was born on June 28th, 1969, to Foster Gray and Earline (Francis) Gray in Tahlequah, OK. She graduated from Hanna Public School in 1989. Ramona married James Allen Nester in 1994 and four children came from this union. She then married Daniel Smith in Eufaula, OK on December 24th, 2013.
She worked as a housekeeper for six years. Ramona enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and puppies, fishing, sewing, yard work, artistic work, and reading her bible. She was a member of the Lake Eufaula Christian Church.
Ramona is survived by her husband Daniel Smith of the home, sons; Kenneth Roy Nester of Kentucky and puppy Eastman Smith of the home, daughters; Randi Nester of Eufaula, Raini Nester of Eufaula, Ramona Nester Jr. of Sapulpa, and puppy Baby Girl Smith of the home, grandchildren; Gerald Colenutt, Lamiya Nester, Uriah Nester, Peyton Harjo and granddog Bella. She is preceded in death by her parents; Foster and Earline Gray, her baby brother and first husband James Allen Nester.
