Billy Roberts, a well-known television personality who made Padstow his home, has died.
A world-famous psychic who relocated to Cornwall because it was “the most spiritual area in the UK” has passed away. Billy Roberts died quietly at his home in Trevone, near Padstow, where he had lived for the past ten years.
Mr. Roberts previously stated that he chose to settle in the Duchy, which he had been visiting since 1985, because “Cornwall is steeped with paranormal history.”
“People here also have a significant interest in esoteric matters,” the medium, who was one of the UK’s leading television and stage mediums and the author of more than 30 books, remarked at the time of his migration to Padstow. It’s a lovely spot to be in, and it feels like home.”
Mr. Roberts, who appeared in the TV series Living with Angels and Demons and spent a year on the famous show Most Haunted, was born in Liverpool. His mother, grandmother, and aunt were all psychics, and he hailed from a line of mediums. He claimed in different interviews over the years that he had always been in contact with the spirit realm.
