Haley Kindal Kemmerlin wrote on Facebook; “Wayne Howard was a very important person in my life, especially when growing up. I loved him as a camper at Camp Pee Dee Pride and loved him, even more, when he gave me the opportunity to be a counselor for 6 years. He had the biggest heart and wanted to share his love and joy with as many people as possible. I would say he accomplished this. He was an amazing man and I will never forget him. My condolences to his beautiful wife Karen Howard and to all of his children and family. My prayers are with you.”
