On January 10, 2023, Nicole Marie Kehren, then 39 years old and now residing in Bethel Park but having proudly come from Carrick in the past, accepted an invitation from God to become one of his Heavenly Angels. When she embarked on this new adventure, she was supported by the unconditional love of her family. Throughout the past year, she has fought an extremely aggressive kind of cancer that affects both the esophagus and the stomach with great courage and bravery. She was victorious in the Fight! Her physical make-up just wasn’t up to the challenge! Cancer did not take Nikki!!
Jesus brought her back to her home! Nikki was born on February 3rd, 1983, at Magee Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and she was already feisty from the moment she was brought into the world! Nikki was a kind, loving, and kind person who also had a wicked sense of humor. She was a wonderful friend to many, an excellent baker, a phenomenal cook, a kickass softball player, and she also enjoyed crocheting beautiful baby blankets for friends and family. As a family, we watched her develop into a stunning woman, have two precious children with the man she loved most in the world, become a wonderful friend to many, and so much more.
