Natalie Harnish Death – Three (3) people died following a deadly incident that happened last Friday evening. The victims were identified as 6-year-old Natalie Hazel Harnish, from Brooklyn, Nova Scotia, 6-year-old Colton Sisco from Martock Nova Scotia and 52-year-old Nicholas Anthony Holland. According to reports, Natalie Harnish, Colton Sisco and Nicholas Holland passed away following the Nova Scotia flash flooding.
How did the incident happen?
On Saturday, a distressing incident occurred where four individuals went missing during an evacuation attempt. The group consisted of Nicholas, Natalie, Colton, and a young individual below the age of 18. Tragically, the vehicles they were travelling in were swept off the road and submerged by floodwaters. This week, the bodies of the two children and the 52-year-old were recovered, bringing sorrow to their loved ones.
However, the search efforts are still ongoing to find the missing youth. The search operation involves various rescue teams, including West Hants, East Hants, Digby, Annapolis, and the Valley teams. Additionally, multiple local fire departments, the Department of Natural Resources and Renewables, as well as RCMP dog and air services are actively participating in the search.

The area experienced unprecedented storms starting on July 21, leading to record-breaking rainfall of 250 millimetres in parts of Nova Scotia. Consequently, this flash flooding caused extensive damage to roads, bridges, and homes, compounding the challenges faced during the rescue and recovery efforts.
The victims were described as;
Natalie was described as a shining light who was full of energy and loved cheerleading and playing with her brother and cousins. She could regularly be found doing cartwheels around the house. Colton was described by his mother as a loving, thoughtful and caring child who made friends everywhere he went.
He loved cars and spending time with his parents and his big brother, Tera Sisco said. Nicholas who leaves behind a partner and two children, was described in his obituary as a talented musician. He was a member of a local heavy metal rock band called Hogtooth.
Natalie Harnish obituary and funeral arrangements will be released by the family.
