Morgan Carr Obituary (1998-2024) Lapeer, MI: Morgan Early on March 4, 2024, in the early hours of the morning, Christopher Carr, 26, of Lapeer, unfortunately went away. He was born on February 11, 1998, in Lapeer. Morgan was raised near Metamora and went to Lapeer Schools. Despite being a part of the inaugural class of the united Lapeer High Schools, he consistently identified as a Lapeer West Panther.
He had a great time dirt biking as a child with his close buddy Devin Pfeiffer. He started working with his father at Carr Custom Homes as a rough framer after graduating from high school. He finally became a Foreman since he like his work. Morgan loved being outside. He enjoyed shooting guns on the farm with his grandfather, hunting, fishing, and teaching his cherished dog Fiona how to retrieve ducks. When Morgan went walleye fishing on Saginaw Bay with his father, Uncle Nate, Jake and Dave Stuter, or catching salmon up north, he was most content.
He loved working on the family farm and spending time with friends and family playing darts in his dad’s barn.
Morgan will always be remembered for his incredible hugs, his infectious smile, and his wonderful sense of humor. He loved his family and friends with all of his heart. Everyone will sincerely miss him. His parents, Aaron and Rebecca Carr of Metamora, his sister, Mallory Carr, his grandparents, Neil and Marguerite Carr, Frank and Michelle Paschal, aunts and uncles, Madison McKinney, Mackenzie, Gavin Carr, Vanessa Carr, Jim and Rachele Potter, Ruth and Pat Idzik, cousins, and partner Rachelle Compton are all living. His close friend Brennen Zimmerman and great uncle Richard Flanders passed away before him.
