Craig Hodkinson Death – Police say 33-year-old Bolton, Greater Manchester man who was reported missing on Wednesday, September 14, 2023, has been found dead. Craig Hodkinson was located and passed away on Sunday, September 17. Greater Manchester Police say Craig’s body was located at the River Croal in Bolton. Law enforcement agencies are yet to determine how Craig died. Police say officers were called to the scene for a report of a submerged body on the river, officer arrived and formerly identified the remains as the missing Bolton man.

Thirty-three-year-old Craig Hodkinson was last seen at Churchgate in Bolton around 5 am on Wednesday 13 September 2023. At around 16:40 hours on Sunday 17 September 2023, officers looking for Craig sadly found a body in the River Croal in Bolton. Formal identification has now taken place and it has been confirmed to be the body of Mr Hodkinson. His next of kin have now been informed. Detective Inspector Lee Gridley said: “Our thoughts are with Mr Hodkinson’s loved ones at this very difficult time, we would also like to thank members of the public who helped with our investigation by sharing our online appeals.”

Police are also looking”
The 33-year-old Bolton resident Craig Hodgkinson was last seen on Churchgate at approximately 5 a.m. on Wednesday, September 13. His relatives have been notified. According to locals, the investigation area around the River Croal had been blocked off, including Water Street, and Brown Street both leading to the river.
