Andrew Pack was last seen at the Flying J, truck stop at 3140 OH 350, around 1 a.m., he was driving a 2010 Silver Honda Accord with OH expired temp tags #P197621. He last seen wearing a black sleeveless tank top, navy blue shorts and black and white sneakers. His hands were bleeding he told a stranger he was in a biking accident but has no bike. He used the person’s phone to call my a loved ones and tell her, he would be coming to her apartment soon but never arrived. Many hours before this call he told her he was going on a walk. When she realized it had been a while she went outside and his car was not there and found his wallet and cell phone in her residence.
