Following a two-vehicle incident in Milton, Massachusetts on Tuesday night, one person was killed and another is in critical condition. According to the Milton Fire Department, three persons were sent to the hospital on Tuesday night.
Around 6:08 p.m., police arrived at the Blue Hill Avenue crash scene. A Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck and an Infiniti Q50 sedan were involved in the collision.
The Silverado’s driver, Michael McGrath, 56, of Milton, was killed in the crash, according to the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office. A toddler who was inside the vehicle is recovering from severe surgery at a local hospital.
Manuel Afonseca, 40, of Boston, was behind the wheel of the other vehicle. According to the district attorney’s office, he is still in serious condition at Boston Medical Center.
The Norfolk District Attorney’s Office and Milton police are still looking into the crash.
