Death: Man Killed In Newnan Motorcycle Accident  – A Grantville man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday evening, according to authorities. A guy driving a 2020 Harley Davidson motorbike was traveling westbound on Poplar Road shortly before 9 p.m. when he collided with the back of a Ford Escape that was parked at the junction outside Piedmont Newnan Hospital, as well as a Toyota Highlander, according to investigators.

According to times-herald.com, Michael Maloof of Grantville was identified as the driver. According to the Georgia State Patrol, Maloof, 32, died as a result of his injuries and was pronounced dead at the site. According to reports, no one else was wounded in the collision.
