Officials claim that Morgan was involved in the battle and at one time reached for a gun before using it to shoot Webb in the neck. Webb was injured as a result of the gunshot. Prior to Webb’s passing, Morgan had already been charged with attempted murder and criminal possession of a handgun. Camellia Dunlap, who is 18 years old and is said to be his girlfriend, has supposedly also been charged with criminal possession of a weapon for allegedly handing Morgan the gun and then running away with it after the incident.

Morgan is also facing charges related to the illegal possession of a weapon. On Wednesday, he was charged with murder and possession of a loaded firearm in connection with the death of Kevin Holloman, who was 24 years old and had died on October 21, 2020. He is being detained without the possibility of bail.
