Have you ever wondered what Matt Kenseth’s net worth is? Matt Kenseth’s overall net worth is projected to be $60 million, courtesy to his stellar career and years of racing in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and Busch Series, according to reports. His net worth continues to rise because he is still a working driver.

Kenseth began stock car racing at Madison International Speedway when he was 16 years old, and by his third race, he had already won his first feature event. Matt was already competing against legendary drivers like Ted Musgrave, Dick Trickle, and Rich Bickle when he was 19 years old. Soon after, Kenseth won the ARTGO Challenge Series in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, making him the youngest victor in the series’ history. Matt’s career grew dramatically in the 1990s, as he won races and track titles around the state, breaking the record for the youngest driver to win the Miller Genuine Draft National Championships in 1994. His net worth got off to a good start.

After a few more successful races over the next several years, fellow driver Robbie Reiser encouraged Kenseth to join his team in the NASCAR Nationwide Series in 1997. The team made their debut in April of that year, finishing 11th at Nashville Speedway — the same year Matt won Rookie of the Year. He made his Cup debut the following year, filling in for Bill Elliott, and finished third in the Nationwide series points in 1999.

He won his second consecutive Unocal 76/Rockingham World Pit Crew Competition with his No. 17 crew, setting a new record by performing a full pit stop in 16.81 seconds.

He won the Cup and the prestigious International Race of Champions title in 2003. Kenseth went on to win back-to-back Bristol night races in the following years, joining Dale Earnhardt, Jr. as the only drivers to do so. Apart from that, Matt was one of just three drivers to qualify for the Chase for the Cup in each of the race’s first three seasons. Kenseth qualified for the NASCAR Chase in 2008, and a year later he won the Daytona 500, NASCAR’s version of the Super Bowl.

The following season, though, was as successful, with 13 top-five and 22 top-ten finishes, as well as a win in the Budweiser Duel at Daytona. In 2015, Kenseth began his third season driving the No. 20 Toyota. This was the year he set two track records and won four poles for the first time in his career. In terms of his personal life, Kenseth married Katie Martin in 2000 and they have three daughters together. Matt also has a child from a previous marriage.
