On Monday evening in Irwindale, two unidentified automobiles crashed, resulting in the death of one person. officers reported that, because of the collision, one of the automobiles collided with a Southern California Edison pole, resulting in a power outage.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 4:30 p.m. in the area of Arrow Highway and Gayhurst Avenue. Unfortunately, the driver of the car that collided with the pole perished on the spot. Mathew Romo, 25, of Covina, has been named as the victim

A passenger in the same vehicle was also sent to a local trauma facility for treatment. Such accidents might have been caused by either wrong driving or drugs. Officers are still in the process of discovering the cause of the accident.
