Mark Still Death – Long-time and beloved business owner and accountant Mark Still has passed away unexpectedly. Mark Still was announced dead on Tuesday, the 4th of April 2023. He died at the age of 59. Mark was very proud of his family and loved them all dearly. He was an avid reader. He loved knowing what was new in Libby for him to read. There was no cause of death reported for Mark Still at the time of this publication.
Mark Still biography
Mark Still was born on May 6, 1963. He was the son of the late Hugh and Elizabeth Still. Mark grew up in Dacula, Georgia’s Harbins Community, and he loved the Winder-Barrow Community. He did many things to help the community, such as serving on the Barrow County Board of Education for 12 years, being a member of the Rotary Club for a long time, helping the Winder Housing Authority and the Barrow County Chamber of Commerce for many years, and being on the Barrow County Tax Assessors Board.
He was a very involved member of Winder First United Methodist Church, where he went often and helped out in many ways with his time and skills. Mark also helped the Boy Scouts of America for a long time as a volunteer. Mark was always willing to help, and he would help anyone with anything, making sure to crack jokes along the way. His dry sense of humour and big, caring heart were two sides of the same coin.
Survived by
Mark is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Donna Still. The two have called Winder their home for more than 35 years and become deeply rooted in this community. Mark and Donna raised two sons, Blake Still and Andrew Still (Mallory). Mark was the grandfather to Ava Audrey Still and the Father in law to Jessi Johnson. Mark is also survived by his older brothers, Dennis (Elaine) and Bruce (Joy) Still.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 11:00 am in the Smith Memory Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the funeral home on Monday, April 10, 2023.
