According to thelegaladvocate.com, Driver mistakes, distracted driving, driving under the influence, driver weariness, and bad road design, according to Candice Bond, an experienced auto accident attorney, can all lead to a head-on collision like the one that killed Mr. Baez.
Because of the severity of these collisions, they are the most deadly on our roads, with more than 10% resulting in fatalities. Regardless of any police inquiry’s conclusions, Bond underlined the importance of hiring an attorney to undertake an independent investigation into the cause of the incident in order to gather evidence and safeguard the rights of an injured victim.
“In circumstances like this, time is of importance, and a victim must ensure that evidence is assessed quickly,” said Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal and national analyst for The Legal Advocate.
