According to the authorities, the fatal car accident that occurred on State Route 509 has now claimed the lives of six people. At least five people were killed and four others were gravely injured when a serious vehicle accident occurred on State Route 509 northbound near Alexander Avenue in Tacoma, Washington, on Sunday evening. When the state police arrived, all lanes of northbound State Route 509 were closed, and traffic was redirected to Port of Tacoma Road.
The four injured victims were taken to the hospital by paramedics of the Tacoma Fire Department, where one of them would ultimately pass away. The Washington State Patrol (WSP) speculated that a collision in the form of a “T-Bone” was the cause of one of the vehicles rolling over and catching fire.
