According to reports, Marcos Rascon, a resident of Rocky Ford, Colorado from Guleana, Chihuahua, Mexico passed away from injuries sustained in the fatal automobile crash. Zeke Aragon and Butch Martinez are still fighting for their life.

According to the Denver Police Department, a single-vehicle accident that occurred early on Monday morning in northwest Denver resulted in the death of one person. At around 3:15 in the AM, officers were dispatched to the area of West 52nd Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard in response to a vehicle that had struck a tree.
