Luke Wilhelm Death, Obituary : A man identified as Luke Wilhelm has reportedly died following a climbing accident in Cascade, British Columbia, Washington. According to a statement in a social media post by Tim Morris who was a General Manager at Anam Cara Redevelopment and an alumnus of Wesley Biblical Seminary and University of Phoenix.
According to Tim Morris statement, Luke Wilhelm was a RMI guide for Rainier and Denali. Tim confirmed that Luke was killed following a climbing accident in the Cascades, no further information was mentioned. The details surrounding the accident was not stated.
”We lost a great guy today. RIP to my friend Luke Wilhelm. Stellar guy. RMI guide. Guided me on Rainier and Denali. Died today in a climbing accident in the Cascades.”
Julie Barker Morris of Arizona also commented on Luke’s passing. she wrote ; ”Such a sad and terrible loss. Luke was always there for Tim, a sweetheart, loving servant. Tim told me he had a particularly tough day on Denali. They had returned to camp and everyone was exhausted.”
Julie wrote further as she mourn the sad loss of Luke ; Tim sat down 100 yards from his tent, because he was that tired. Luke came over, helped Tim up, picked up Tim’s pack and carried it the last 100 yards. RIP Luke, praying for his family and loved ones.
