Police are seeking to discover the individual who left the body of a newborn outside an apartment building in Revere, according to WBZ-TV I-Team sources. A neighbor, Isaias Anibal, claimed he saw the baby half inside a waste bag resting next to trash cans outside the 8-family building on Dolphin Avenue just before 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. He dialed 911.
Police suspect the toddler had been deceased for several days. They don’t know if the infant was a boy or a girl. Detectives went door-to-door, questioning neighbors and checking for security video. Investigators are investigating into the possibility someone drove past and dropped the corpse there.
