She is 35 years old. After one of her doctors dismissed the first diagnosis of the lump that Hainsby discovered, she described the treatments she has been experiencing, including the fact that she has finished 12 weeks of chemotherapy and would soon begin radiotherapy.
The fitness icon from the United Kingdom also disclosed that she had surgery and that she will be having her portacath, which is a device that is implanted within the body to deliver therapy, removed in the near future. When Hainsby went to get her breast lump looked out for the first time, a doctor informed her that “everything was fine.” Hainsby added that she hopes to increase awareness by sharing her story, especially given that the doctor told her that “everything was fine.” She credited her good fortune to the fact that she followed her instincts and sought a second opinion.
