Kyle Robinson Death – A car accident on the Massachusetts Turnpike claimed the life of a college student from West Plymouth. The multiple-vehicle accident in Westfield claimed the life of 21-year-old Kyle Robinson. Robinson was driving west on the highway in a 2005 Nissan Altima when he was involved in a collision with two other vehicles in the left lane of traffic, according to the preliminary findings of an investigation conducted by the State Police.
How did the accident happen?
Following the initial collision, Robinson was killed when a heavy-duty tow truck that was also moving in the left lane collided with the rear of the Altima. The driver of the tow truck, who was 24 years old, and one of the other two drivers both received minor injuries. An investigation into the crash has not yet been completed. The year that Robinson graduated from Plymouth North High School was 2017. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout and was involved in both the visual and performing arts programs while he was in high school.
Kyle Robinson was a member of two different Cappella singing groups at the school in addition to starring in a number of school theater plays. Robinson was a junior at The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, and just ended his third year there. Robinson was a student in the school’s program for those interested in working in the music industry. His family has asked that they be given privacy.
Kyle Robinson Memorial Foundation
In less than three months following the fatal accident that claimed the life of a man from West Plymouth, New York, a group of Robinson’s classmates from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, established the Kyle Robinson Memorial Foundation with the intention of assisting other young musicians. The foundation has already hosted two trademark events in the span of a little over a year, including a telethon from the college and a student coffee house in Plymouth.
Additionally, the foundation will also conduct a golf excursion in Plymouth within the next month. The foundation intends to organize all three of these events on a yearly basis. The funds that are raised will be used to award scholarships to deserving college students all over the United States who share Robinson’s love of music and exemplify his kind and joyful spirit. Additionally, the foundation is providing financial support in order to construct a high-quality recording studio for use by students in the surrounding community at Plymouth North High School, Robinson’s alma mater.
