Kristin was announced dead yesterday, Monday, the 24th of April 2023. She had valiantly battled multiple health issues for the last several years.

Kristin is the daughter of our founding partner Steve Fleschner and the sister of one of our personal injury lawyers, Katie Fleschner McMullen. Who was Kristin Fleschner?
Kristin Fleschner was born in the Indiana city of Terre Haute. Kristin cleaned at Fleschner Law Firm when she was in high school. Almost 20 years later, she came back as an attorney. Kristin was also a strong voice for giving everyone the same chances. She has worked with people with challenges, women, and LGBTI people throughout her career. Kristin also worked for the federal government for almost 11 years. She did work related to national security and human rights.
Kristin went to Harvard Law School even though she was losing her sight. For her work on uniform design and accessibility, she was given the Dean’s Leadership Award. Kristin went to Vanderbilt University and got degrees in Anthropology and Human and Organizational Development. She finished with honours.
Career
She was a Michael B. Keegan Traveling Fellow at Vanderbilt University, which gave her the chance to study sexual crimes against women and children in Southern and Eastern Africa. Kristin goes all over the world to talk about leadership and the benefits of hiring people with disabilities and making goods that everyone can use.
She is passionate about animals, sports, and the environment, and she uses these things to bring people together. Kristin is a big fan of cycling. In 2018 and 2019, she won gold at the Para Road National Cycling Championship and silver at the Para Road Cycling National Time Trial. At the 2019 Para Track Cycling Nationals Championship, she won two bronze medals. She has finished the Boston Marathon and several long-distance bike races.
