On the morning of Monday, September 4, Kinley Hubbard, a white female with the Solon area who was 12 years old, was reported missing by her parents. Kinley has brown hair and hazel eyes, and her height is around 5 feet 3 inches. The last time anyone saw her, she was carrying a light-colored backpack, black shorts, a black hoodie, and black sneakers.

A scar can be seen on Kinley’s forearm, and it is possible that it is hidden by a bandage. According to the findings of the investigation, she voluntarily left her house early on Monday morning. There is no evidence to suggest that any foul play occurred. At 8:30 a.m. on Monday morning, she was spotted getting off an RTA bus at the Stokes/ Windermere station on Euclid Avenue in East Cleveland.
