Despite her extensive experience in various dance genres, she consistently uses hip-hop and street dance culture to inspire others and integrate underground and concert dancing.

Elliott has taught at a number of institutions, including New York University, Marymount Manhattan College, Sacred Heart University, and Rutgers University. Madison Square Garden, Aaron Davis Hall, Peridance Capezio Center, NYU Skirball Center, Beacon Theatre, Frederick Loewe Theatre, Radio City Music Hall, Alvin Ailey Studios, Edgerton Performing Arts Center, The National Theatre (Kampala, Uganda), and Jacob Javits Center for the Circle of Sisters Cultural Event are among the venues where she has performed and choreographed.
