Kimberly Armstrong Missing – Kimberly Armstrong has been reported missing after she left from a doctor’s appointment in Lyon Falls around 1:30 p.m. Friday afternoon heading to Walmart in Lowville. No one has heard from her since 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. She was said to be driving her SUV which is 2008 grayish tan Envoy. Kim is described as a solid and stable person.

According to the police, the body of Paul Barker Jr. was discovered on Thursday about three in the afternoon. The previous day, Monday, it was reported that Barker Jr. has died. On Monday, February 27, it was announced that he had gone missing. According to the reports of the police, Barker was last seen strolling north on South State Street in the vicinity of the Stewarts shop in the hamlet.
Barker is said to have a residence in the community of Lowville, but the authorities have stated that he does not own a car.
