The girl’s last known location was in the vicinity of 50th and Meinecke, when she was spotted with a man named Khijuan Parker, who is 29 years old. Their relationship was not stated by the officials who are currently investigating the incident. In the final moments before the Amber Alert was cancelled, a large number of law enforcement personnel cordoned off and surrounded the area at 50th and Meinecke.
