Katie was respected and a sought after manager in California. Katie had over ten years experience in the account managing sector. Leticia Nevarez, 46, of Oxnard, was the lady died in a single-vehicle collision in north Oxnard on Sunday night, according to investigators. According to the Oxnard Police Department, the collision was first reported around 11:15 p.m. on Sunday in the 2500 block of North Ventura Road. The neighborhood’s South Bank residences are bordered by the block, which is north of Stone Creek Drive and south of Highway 101. The Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office reported that Nevarez suffered multiple blunt force injuries before passing away. There was nobody else in the car.
She was driving a 2002 Ford pickup truck southbound on Ventura Road when she reportedly lost control and struck the center median, according to Sgt. Miguel Serrato of the department’s traffic unit. He said on Tuesday that the impact forced the truck to spin out and strike a light pole before coming to rest facing northward. The lady was launched from the truck. Despite the efforts of emergency medical personnel to save her life, authorities said that she passed away at the site.
