Justin Filteau Death – Saskatoon Valkyries Coach Justin Filteau has sadly passed away. He died leaving family, friends and student in shock and disbelief. He was announced dead on Wednesday 31st May 2023 in a Facebook publication that says “Today we remember and honour our late coach, Justin Filteau. Justin tragically passed away while travelling to meet our team for a game in Regina”. The circumstances surrounding the actual cause of his death has not been known.

Coach Justin Filteau was a gentleman who was known for his compassionate demeanor, which is characterized by his patience and friendliness. He was a passionate coach, mentor, and role model for many of the athletes on his squad, and he possesses a unique capacity to connect with individuals from all different walks of life. The manner in which Coach Filteau leads by example was one of the most noticeable aspects of his character. He was the first person on the field or in the gym, and he never backs down from a challenge when it comes to working hard.
However, what possibly separates Coach Filteau from other instructors was the interpersonal abilities that he possesses. He was a truly compassionate individual who was concerned about the physical and mental well-being of his athletes, both on and off the playing field. He makes it a point to get to know each player on a more personal level, and he works very hard to cultivate a setting that was both secure and encouraging so that everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
