Julie Clark Death – The Independent Investigations Division (IID) of the Office of the Attorney General stated in a news release that a state trooper from Maryland tried to pull over Julie Clark, who is from Tenafly, as she was driving erratically on the highway in Cecil County at around 12:10 p.m. on Saturday, December 31. This information was provided by the Office of the Attorney General.
According to the authorities, Clark’s vehicle had been provided by 911 callers earlier in the day. Because Clark did not come to a stop when the officer signaled for him to do so, the pursuit continued on I-95 northbound for close to nine miles.
Clark allegedly lost control of his vehicle and collided with a tree close to an exit ramp on the highway while being pursued by state police, according to the officials. It was determined that she had passed away at the site. It is not apparent what drove her to drive in such an irregular manner. There were no further automobiles involved in the collision.
Anyone who may have information relevant to the inquiry is urged to get in touch with the IID by dialing the number (410) 576-7070 or sending an email to the address [email protected].

Authorities report that two individuals were killed in a fiery crash on Interstate 95 in Maryland late Thursday night. It is believed that the driver of a Dodge Charger caused the collision and may face prosecution. A car was engulfed in flames after a collision on southbound I-95 near Route 212, approximately four miles north of the Capital Beltway, just before 11 p.m. on Thursday.
First responders from Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, and the Maryland State Police attempted assistance and discovered individuals confined. State police determined that the 24-year-old driver of a 2017 Dodge Charger was traveling in the right lane and attempting to pass a tractor-trailer.
The motorist of a Dodge Charger rear-ended a Hyundai Elantra. The collision pushed the Charger to the left side of the road and the Elantra to the right side. There was a male motorist and a female passenger in the burning Elantra. Prince George’s County Fire and EMS pronounced the motorist and passenger deceased. Their identities and ages were not immediately disclosed by officials.
The injured Charger driver, a resident of Silver Spring, was transported to a hospital. Unknown was the extent of his injuries. The investigation is still active. The Prince George’s County State’s Attorney’s Office will determine whether to file charges against the Charger driver once the investigation is complete. Police did not specify whether speed played a role in the collision.
