Joshua Meade Death – Family and friends are mourning a 19-year-old man who passed away in an apparent accidental drowning Saturday. According to law enforcement agencies, Josh Meade was located inside his family’s Miami Township home. Police say he died after he drowned at his parents home located in the area of Beacon Woods Drive at approximately 1:35. Joshua Meade was transported to the Mercy West Hospital where he succumbed tp his injuries a short time later, the investigating law enforcement agencies says.

Deputies were summoned to the home on Beacon Woods Drive around 1:35 p.m. Saturday for an apparent drowning, according to investigators. Joshua Meade, 19, was discovered in the back yard. He was brought to Mercy West Hospital and died there. According to deputies, the guy who asked for assistance was conducting yard maintenance. After 10 minutes, he walked to the back of the house to check on Meade and discovered him face down in the hot tub. According to deputies, no criminal activity or foul play is suspected. There has been no news on what caused the drowning.
