Death: Former BHS Football Linebacker Dies In Burning Apartment – After his body was discovered inside a burning apartment, Hampton police are investigating the death of a former Bethel High School and William & Mary football linebacker as a homicide.

According to news archives, Joshua Emmanuel Owusu-Koramoah, 23, who died in the home, is the brother of Cleveland Browns linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah.

According to dailypress.com, A complaint regarding a dead person in a residence in the 400 block of Lake Tower Drive, off Cunningham Drive near the Coliseum area, prompted Hampton Police and the Division of Fire and Rescue to arrive shortly before 10 a.m. Tuesday. Officers and firefighters discovered the body of Joshua Owusu-Koramoah, a resident of the house.

According to Hampton Authorities Division spokesman Reggie Williams, there were indications of a fire inside the property, and police are still investigating the cause and manner of death.
