Death: Driver killed after crashing into utility poles during police chase – According to officials, a driver in a black Honda Civic died Friday morning after crashing into two utility poles during a police chase. According to a news release from the Ohio Highway Patrol’s Canton post, Joshua K. Hazzard, 23, of Bellflower Avenue NW in Canton, was driving west on State Route 172 “at a high rate of speed escaping from Massillon Police” when the incident happened.
