The Creative Director at Victor Media Agency was confirmed dead on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023, through a social media statement that read “Not my Joe Victor. The first person to give me a shot and put me behind a bar. Man, those Clover Club days were something else, you were more than just a friend.
Who was Joseph Victor?
Joseph Victor was a resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He went to Bishop McDevitt High School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He attended Penn State University where he studied English and Creative Writing. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) after studying Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Penn State University. He was a Creative Director at Victor Media Agency in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Joe was a lovable, jovial, kind-hearted, sincere, committed, loyal, and devoted friend who was appreciated and cherished by everyone who knew him. He had no strangers ever. His interests went beyond recreational activities because he had a great love for encouraging other people’s aspirations, imparting knowledge, and offering assistance to anyone who needed it.

Joe never missed an opportunity to lend a helping hand to someone in need, and if he wasn’t able to, he would come up with inventive ways to do so. He always stood by those he loved and had the largest heart. Nobody else is quite like him. Joe enjoyed being with his family and friends and was always up for a good time. Even though those who loved him will mourn him dearly, everyone he touched has been touched by his spirit.
Joe will be sorely missed, but he will be remembered with a much greater affection. His passing has devastated the entire neighborhood, and everyone will sadly miss his admirable presence and contagious grin. He will forever be remembered for his hard work ethic, for being an amazing brother and the best friend in the entire universe.
