According to reports reaching the public at this time, Joey Trowbridge died in a tragic car accident. The authorities were alerted to the fact that the owner of an iPhone had been involved in a serious accident at about 2:45 am on Saturday morning when they got a report from an automated 911 call sent from the device. The truck was discovered at a bend on Highway 8 close to the 11500th block, in the general vicinity of Floodwood.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered that two passengers had already passed away, and that the driver was in severe condition and still inside the vehicle. Every single person who lived there was 23 years old. The driver was taken to a hospital in the area, where they are reporting that their status has not changed. According to the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office, the incident appears to have been caused in part by alcohol use as well as excessive speed.
