e consistently expressed the sentiment, “It is imperative to produce the donuts.” In addition, he held the position of Platte County Clerk for a duration of 12 years, and accumulated a total of 40 years of professional experience within the insurance industry, working for multiple companies.
Jerry Orr held the position of a Wheatland Volunteer Fireman and was affiliated with various organizations, including the Wheatland Jaycees, Wheatland Masonic Lodge #16, Chugwater Masonic Lodge #23, as well as the Cheyenne Consistory and York Rite. He occupied several positions within the Grand Lodge of Wyoming. The individual expressed a deep sense of honor upon being appointed as a board member for the Platte County Hospital District.
Jerry actively participated in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life for a duration of 15 years, providing support to Ellie, a cancer survivor, and afterwards experiencing personal affliction from this devastating illness.
