Jeremy Pope Car Accident – A four-vehicle incident that occurred on Tuesday afternoon close to Wallsburg resulted in the deaths of two people. The collision forced the closure of United States Highway 189 at milepost 21, which caused backups in traffic. The primary entry point into Wallsburg may be found on the route that runs between Provo and the region around Heber City.
How did the crash happen?
The Utah Highway Patrol has reported that a Lucid Air EV was going in the southbound lanes of the highway at a rapid rate of speed when it crossed over into the northbound lanes of traffic and collided head-on with a Yukon. The Lucid Air passed underneath the Yukon, which caused it to become airborne and roll.
The Lucid Air erupted into flames at that point. Both of the people who were operating those vehicles were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. According to Roden, two other vehicles, a Jeep Patriot and a Subaru Crosstrek, were involved in the collision as well, although the drivers of both vehicles only suffered extremely minor injuries. There has been no confirmation that Jeremy Pope was one of the people who died in the accident.
While the authorities examined the incident and sought to clear the site, there was a significant backlog in both directions of traffic. It is anticipated that the identities of the victims will be made public once law enforcement personnel have notified the families of those who were murdered and injured in the incident.

Sunday night, two people were taken to the hospital after a crash in the Provo Canyon area. At 7:42 p.m., there was a crash on US-189 near milepost 12. A Toyota Camry passenger car was turning west onto US-189 from Vivian Park when it hit a Nissan Rogue SUV that was going east. The SUV crashed into the private car’s driver’s side. Both cars were in bad shape after the accident.
They were taken to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries, and their state is now very bad. Pieces of the first crash that were thrown into the air hit a third car close. That driver did not get hurt. Authorities are still looking into what caused the crash, but they say it was raining heavily at the time. US-189 was closed in both ways so that workers could clean up the scene. All roads are now open again.
