Jennifer Sue (Pickett) Gingrich Death – Police say a 52-year-old woman has passed away in what is being investigated as an attempted murder-suicide in Charlotte, Michigan Friday, March 24, 2023. Jennifer Sue (Pickett) Gingrich died after she was shot multiple times by her 61-year-old husband Tim Gingrich, who also turned the weapon on himself. The woman is was also known as Jenny Pickett-Gingrich, was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident. Tim Gingrich was transported to an area hospital by responding officials.
Michigan State Police said that at 3:11 a.m., troopers were sent to a home on W. Five Point Hwy because someone had called to say that shots had been fired. When the troopers got there, they saw two people who had been shot. Police say that a 52-year-old woman who lived in the house on W. Five Point Hwy was shot and killed several hours later. A 61-year-old man was taken to the hospital because he was hurt. Police say they don’t know where the suspect is right now. MSP said that the suspect and the victim were husband and wife.
“A 28-year-old resident at the home had contacted 9-11 in reference of hearing shots. Troopers arrived on scene and found a deceased female, as well as an injured male, “It appears to be a domestic situation. The victim and suspect were married. Not sure what type of situation it was at the time, what they were going through. However, it is an isolated incident. No threat to the public,” said Lt. Rene Gonzalez.

Both the culprit and the victims in the Waco capital murder inquiry have been identified. Matias Maltos-Saucedo, age 25, has been charged with Capital Murder for killing stabbing his mother, Felipa Martinez, age 59, and stepfather, Antonio Martinez, age 70. This is Waco’s second murder probe of 2023, but according to authorities, the first and second killings of 2023. This is due to the fact that the victim of 2023’s first murder inquiry was murdered in 2022. Sunday about 7:15 p.m., when officers responded to the 2100 block of Clay Avenue for a report of an attack in progress, Maltos-Saucedo was taken into custody.
Officers found Felipa unconscious and covered in blood upon arrival. Maltos-Saucedo was there when authorities arrived on the site. Police quickly began life-saving efforts on Felipa until AMR carried her to the Hillcrest hospital. Her injuries were fatal, and she was subsequently pronounced dead. Anotnio was discovered by officers and proclaimed deceased at the scene.
