Jennifer Blaine Death | Emily Leavitt Death | Zach Leavitt Death | Denali Blaine Death – A head-on incident that occurred on Highway 33 in Teton County on Friday night resulted in the deaths of four people, according to the Idaho State Police. An update provided by the Idaho State Police indicates that the collision took place as a result of a Tesla traveling eastbound on Highway 33 crossing the centerline.
According to the authorities, a Tesla was involved in a head-on collision with a Kenworth commercial vehicle. A man from Rexburg who was 44 years old was the one operating the Kenworth. At this point, it is not known what his condition is. The woman who was driving the Tesla and her three passengers all passed away at the scene of the accident.
There was a woman from Kaysville, Utah, who was 22 years old, and a man from Kaysville, Utah, who was 24 years old. A young child was the very last passenger. Loved ones identified the victims as Jennifer Blaine, her daughter Emily Leavitt, Emily’s husband Zach and Jennifer’s youngest daughter Denali. At the time of the collision, everyone in the vehicle, including the drivers and passengers, was fastened in their seatbelts.
Jennifer Blaine along with two of her daughters and a son in law were killed in a head on crash Friday night in Idaho as they drove were on their way to meet her son and husband in the Tetons for the holiday weekend. All the teachers and staff as well as all the students at Promontory Charter school where Jennifer was the director are mourning the news of her passing.
The collision is being looked into by the Idaho State Police at this time.

Officials with the Oklahoma roadway Patrol reported that a collision between a car and a bicycle that occurred early on Monday morning on a roadway in Logan County resulted in the death of one individual. The collision took place on State Highway 33 near County Road 76 just a few minutes before 4 in the morning. While personnel were cleaning up the site, state police officers blocked off the westbound lanes between Guthrie and Langston.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol initially reported the encounter as an injury collision when they arrived on the scene. After further investigation, authorities disclosed to KOCO 5 that the collision was fatal and included a cyclist. The woman, named by OHP officials as Tamara Hurd, was 41 years old.
