Death: Two PA state troopers killed in I-95 crash, Police charge driver – Authorities have identified a Montgomery County woman as the motorist who killed three people in Philadelphia early Monday morning when she drove over two-state officers and a pedestrian. Jayana Tanae Webb, 21, of Eagleville, was driving under the influence when she struck and killed Troopers Martin Mack III, of Bristol Borough, and Branden Sisca, of Montgomery County, state police stated in a press release on Tuesday.
When they were struck and killed, the two were assisting a pedestrian alongside Interstate 95 northbound near the stadiums at the Broad Street exit. Reyes Rivera Oliveras, 28, of Allentown, was identified as the individual walking along the road by police.
Webb faces three counts of third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, homicide by vehicle, and two counts of second-degree manslaughter of a law enforcement officer, all of which are felonies.
She is also charged with involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment of another person, and DUI, as well as multiple summary traffic penalties.
