Jingyi “Jason” Deng Obituary, Death – Jingyi “Jason” Deng, 31, passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022. Jason was born in Shanghai, China. He grew up in San Jose, California, before moving to Baltimore County, Maryland. He met his future wife, Natalia, in high school where they quickly fell in love. They later moved to Broomall, PA, where they have lived for the last 9 years with their beautiful young family.
Jason worked at Lankenau Medical Center as a Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner. He was known by everyone as the “go-to guy”, who was always eager to help. He would jump right in for anyone and any reason, always ready to lend a hand.
He was a true caregiver and always giving more of himself without asking for anything in return. Jason was both wise and intelligent. He would quickly learn a skill, master that skill, and then teach that skill to anyone who wanted to know. Jason was a devoted husband and father that loved his family very much.
He single-handedly laid every floorboard in his family’s home, and did his daughter’s hair every morning before school. Jason loved to cook, grill, and generally loved food and the people it brought together. He was very funny, with a dry wit that took a while for people to pick up on.
He had an alluring smile and a unique way of making other’s feel safe and comfortable in his presence. Jason was a thoughtful and dutiful person. He would go out of his way to show how much he cared about the people he loved. He will always remain in the hearts of those that loved him.
