“I just was told that Jamison Shaw passed away. I started in hairstyling at Jamison Shaw Hairdressers in 1973. When first working for Jamison, he had my severance check in his pocket and came in early to give it to me.” Bob Steele wrote. “I was there early voluntarily straightening up the hair color bottles in the back room. He did not let me go but encouraged me to buy nicer clothes to look the part of an employee of a high-end salon. He realized that the pay was so low as an intern that it required me to leave early from work to go to my second job at the airport. He put me on the styling floor and the money got a lot better.” Bob added.
The family will release Jamison Shaw’s obituary and funeral arrangements at a later date.
