Glen Dunnam posted on Facebook while making the announcement that “She was the best wife and mother the three of us could ever ask for!! She will be GREATLY missed but NEVER forgotten! I know you have all heard this before but always hug and tell those around you how much you love them! You never know when your time with them will end. Thank you to each and everyone that has prayed for us and reached out to check on us. It is all greatly appreciated!! Until we see you again Jamie. Please watch over us like I know you will!!”
She was a superb instructor who has worked not once but twice in our Nocona Middle School system. She cherished her role as a teacher and cherished each of her student. She was also a fantastic teacher who served as a mentor to a number of younger educators.
She studied at Irving High School, Rockwall High School, studied Reading at Hardin–Simmons University, studied School Administration at Sul Ross State University. On Monday, April 3rd, at 9:45 in the morning, Nocona Middle School will be holding a prayer vigil for the entire school in the NMS gym for anyone who is interested in attending. Also, the school will have counselors available for staff members and students alike who may want assistance.
She was described by her husband as a bright and source of great blessing. She was a born again Christian and she enjoyed reading, quilting, and camping. Condolences are been sent to her husband, Glen Dunnam, their children and Nocona Middle School.
