Jacob Shienkaruk Death – Jacob Shienkaruk Lakewood, Ohio, passed away after being involved in a car accident on the West Side of Cleveland on Tuesday evening. He was 27 years old. Rocky River Drive and Parkmount Avenue were the locations where the accident took place at approximately nine o’clock at night, as reported by the Cleveland police.

According to the police report, Shienkaruk was riding a motorcycle when he was involved in an accident with a truck. Shienkaruk succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital. The inquiry into the accident is still ongoing.

An officer with the Mishawaka Police Department made an effort to pull over a gold vehicle that was moving in the northern direction on Grape Road. According to the findings of the St. Joseph County Fatal Crash Team, the officer had the suspicion that the woman driving had an outstanding warrant. The vehicle threaded its way around the stalled traffic and continued through the Cleveland Road crossing without stopping.

According to the authorities, a gold car collided with a black Toyota SUV, which in turn collided with a red Mazda. The accident occurred at the intersection of Cleveland and Grape roads on Tuesday afternoon left the driver of a car that was attempting to elude Mishawaka Police with injuries. The collision took at around 1:45 in the afternoon.

The drivers of the Toyota and the Mazda both sustained relatively minor injuries but chose not to seek medical treatment. The driver of the gold vehicle reportedly was not wearing her seat belt and sustained head injuries as a result of the collision, according to the police. She was taken by ambulance to the emergency room.

The investigation by FACT is ongoing.
