Arsenal professional footballer, Ian Wright was involved in a vehicle accident, Saturday, February 19, while he was on his way to film Match of the Day. Thankfully, Ian Wright’s accident wasn’t deadly, and he made it out of the accident unhurt.
Ian shared the accident photo online which sparked worries for his fans. The accident happened on the M56 on his way to Salford from London to film the hit BBC show.
Ian tweeted: “Not a straightforward trip up for @BBCMOTD! Thankfully nobody was hurt. Be careful out there, lots of water on the road. Thank you to my amazing driver Jay and the brilliant emergency services. See you tonight.”

It seems like, despite the worrying incident, Wright will join Gary Lineker and co. to review the day’s Premier League action in the studio at MediaCityUK tonight.
