Benjamin Mcintosh, a resident of West Auckland, was killed on June 5, 2022, and two individuals have been charged in his death. After being discovered in a serious state last Friday morning on Glendale Road in Glen Eden, Mcintosh passed away on Sunday in Auckland City Hospital.

Detective Inspector John Sutton, the Waitemat District Crime Manager, reported that two men, ages 23 and 25, had been accused of killing Mcintosh overnight. A 23-year-old woman has been charged with the murder as an accessory after the fact. What led to the fatal shooting of Benjamin Mcintosh was not made known.

The accusations follow a spectacular pursuit in Northland on June 9, 2022, during which police apprehended a man and a woman who were wanted for interrogation in connection with a homicide investigation.
