Heidi Willard Death – Heidi Willard, a resident of Sudbury, Ontario, and a well-known Underground miner has sadly passed away. She was announced dead in a social media statement that read “I will always remember Heidi Willard as someone who would say “come over” whenever I needed someone to talk to, someone who was adventurous and could always make you laugh, and someone who was never afraid to speak her mind (no matter who it pissed off). Such a loving and caring person taken way too soon. May she Rest In Peace.”
Who was Heidi Willard?
Heidi Willard was a well-known miner and a lifelong resident of Sudbury, Ontario. She was an underground miner and materials coordinator for Glencore. Heidi has spent the last twelve years fully committed to Glencore. She was overjoyed when her dream of working in production mining came true this year. She loved her job working underground and always gave it her best, as she did with everything in her life.
Skeet and Montana, Heidi’s two children, were her greatest delight and motivation. She was a devoted mother to them both. She loved her children more than anything, prioritizing their needs at all times and making countless memories with them. Her legacy as a devoted and caring mother will live on via them as she wisely mentors, instructs, and leads them.

Heidi never shied away from a fresh experience. She had an incredible capacity to get everyone around her excited about the fun, and her spirit of adventure had no bounds. Her joy was contagious to anyone who was fortunate enough to accompany her on such journeys as she spent endless hours outside, beneath the open sky and surrounded by the splendor of nature. Her laugh was unique, bringing warmth and happiness to everyone in her vicinity.
Because of her genuine personality and profound sense of empathy, Heidi was able to bring out the best in everyone she came into contact with. Heidi was a strong woman whose voice deserved to be heard, and she had unshakeable moral convictions. Her bold and gregarious demeanor left a lasting impression on everyone who had the honor of knowing her. Despite the difficulties she faced, she remained true to her beliefs.
Heidi Willard’s Celebration of Life
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Onaping Legion, 3 St. James Street, Onaping Falls.
